I need to lose weight. A lot of weight. I don't even want to tell you where I stand right now, hell with it. I'm weighing in at a hefty 298 lbs. No where near Biggest Loser type stuff and heck, standing at 6' 5" it's not even really a big deal. But I want to get down to 245 so I need a goal. The Baltimore half marathon is in October so I'm going to enter and train for that. Today was day #3 on my training routine, I ran 2.43 miles in 35 minutes.
I'm not fast.
